Older House, solid neighborhood
The house is older and could stand to have multiple cosmetic and functional repairs completed that would improve quality of life. The kitchen is nice though and the rooms get a decent amount of natural light. Great neighborhood -very safe, an active community of families, multiple restaurants, a park, etc.
