Property mgmt doesn’t get anything done about issues, but maintenance is always quick to help

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Estelle, and I’d give it an 8/10 overall. What I like best is the modern feel of the building—the apartments are bright, thoughtfully designed, and have a comfortable layout. The amenities are also a highlight; the fitness center is well-kept, and the shared spaces make it easy to relax or get some work done.

The location is another big plus. Being close to shops, restaurants, and public transit makes day-to-day life really convenient, and the surrounding neighborhood feels lively but still safe and walkable.

Management has generally been responsive and professional. When I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s been handled in a timely way, and communication has been clear. That said, there have been a few small delays here and there, which is why I wouldn’t rate it a perfect 10.

If I had to pick one thing I like least, it would be occasional noise from the street or nearby activity, but that’s not unusual for the area and is manageable overall.

All in all, Estelle is a great place to live if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a good community feel.

I enjoy living there. It’s very close to Samford and feels very safe.

It was more on the pricier side however I have really enjoyed it. It’s a gated complex but half the time the gate is broken. The amenities are nice.

New apartments that are very nice. Gated (but gate is broken more than functional). Management does not handle issues promptly, but maintenance is very quick and efficient. Overall, a little expensive for management to not take care of issues such as parking, smoking, etc.

Overall great apartment complex! Parking and gate entrance sometimes a issue but is resolved quick!
