Quiet Neighborhood, good for families

These apartments are well-kept and clean, and there's never too much noise, except maybe in the afternoons when the kids are out playing. There's a lot of families in these apartments, so they feel pretty safe at all times. The only complaint I have is that the past year they have been desperately understaffed in maintenance so that takes a while. Otherwise, they're really nice for the price if you don't prefer living downtown.
