Decent

Pretty safe complex and in a nice area. Neighbors typically keep to themselves. I will say management is quick to respond initially, but can be a bit delayed after you actually start renting. Maintenance typically comes pretty quick though. One big issue is commute to school. Times vary from 15-30 minutes depending on time of day so be aware of that and find a good time to head to school that doesn’t have so much traffic.

Mostly Great

The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. The amenities are also great! Their maintenance team is very response. However, the only downside is the traffic to and from school.
