Tributary Rise

My experience at Tributary Rise has been amazing. Maintenance and management are quickly responsive. Every maintenance issue that I have had has been resolved within 24 hours, really 12 hours depending on when the ticket was put in. The area is very secure as it is way off the highway and key access is needed. The only downside I would say is that it is located on Hwy 280 so you have to be very intentional when planning your routes.

I have lived here since June, so about 3 months. The location is wonderful. It is right across from the Summit, and right on Highway 280. Getting to Samford takes about 15 minutes as long as traffic is not bad. If there is traffic sometimes it takes about 30 minutes. The amenities are great! There is a pool, grilling area, a walking trail around a pond as well as plenty of areas to walk around the complex. There is also a lot of dogs and there are several dog parks around the complex. The complex is great about having events to gather the residents together to help you feel welcomed as well. They are very great with maintenance and are always helpful if there is an issue.

Tributary rise

Tributary Rise is a great apartment to live at. A lot of Samford students live here. It is located directly across from the Summit on hwy 280. Management is very nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are answered within 24 hours. It is about 12 minutes from school if you leave before 7:20 am. Traffic will be bad after that time.
