E2
Really social place to live. Nothing that is super amazing per say, but everything is here is pretty solid.

Kellogg's Unofficial Dorm
Coming from a coastal city with far higher cost of living, E2 has been great for us to afford two bedrooms as a couple. My partner uses the second bedroom as a work-from-home office during COVID, and that's been critical while also taking virtual classes in the main living area.
Amenities are great and onsite parking is a plus, although it costs extra. Biggest downside is noise, but that's the tradeoff with the biggest upside - hundreds of other Kellogg students live in E2 and it's incredibly easy to get ad hoc groups together any time of day / week for social events.

E2
E2 is great! The staff is pretty responsive and very friendly if there are issues. A lot of Kellogg students live in the building, so it’s nice to be around familiar faces.

Popular social building, although poorly managed/overpriced
Highly recommend living at E2 if you're looking for a convenient, popular building with lots of other Kellogg students. I appreciate living in a place where I have group meetings, and can always find someone to walk home with. It's also closer to the Hub than some of the other popular options like Centrum. That said, I'm paying for that convenience/dorm-like atmosphere: the building is overpriced and management is slow to respond to needs such as the elevators breaking down. For me, this tradeoff is well worth it and I plan to stay next year.

Convenience
E2 has been a convenient place to live. There are a lot of Kellogg students that live here. I have countless section mates in my building and a lot of meet-ups happen at E2 because so many people live here. The apartments are generally decent and the noise from other apartments isn't bad. The biggest trade-off is the building management. Elevators go down more than they should, although they say they are fixing it. There is also random maintenance happening that makes some noise. Overall I think the convenience is worth it but that may change if other apartments get more popular. I also have a car and appreciate their covered parking, although I have to pay for it. That was my biggest factor between here and Centrum.

E2 Townhouse
If you’re looking to live at E2 but want some space and more privacy I can’t recommend the townhouses here enough. They’re super livable and great for hosting everything from small group dinners to pregames. They’re hard to snag but if you can find two other people to live with I’d go for it! E2 is a bit on the expensive side as compared to other apartment buildings but the convenience and ability to meet other people in the building especially during cold weather should not be underestimated.

Good Building, Bad Management
It is great to live in E2 becuase so many other Kellogg students live here. There are also really nice amenities. However, there are quite a few downsides. The walls are pretty thin, so I can hear pretty much everything from my roommates everywhere in the apartment. Also, the elevators seem to break all the time. Finally, management is largely incompetent. They regularly make errors and can be difficult to deal with. It seems like we should get more considering how much we are paying in rent.

E2 is not cheap
E2 is super overpriced. You get great amenities, but can only use these for a few months a year. Management is average at best, bad at worst. The building has had issues like leaks and flooding at times and things are not handled as professionally as you'd expect for how much we pay.
That said the social aspect has been amazing - most of my friends live in the building and my social scene revolves around the building. It feels like the Kellogg dorms. I'm glad I chose to live here.

Cons: Long walk from the Global hub. Closest grocery store is Whole Foods, a bit of a hike to TJ's and Jewel.
