E2
E2 is a little ways out of the way of downtown evanston but lots of Kellogg meetings / bus pickups / etc are there so it is definitely convenient. The pool and gym are nice too although overall I feel the building is becoming outdated.

E2
Solid and easy. Better deals to be had, but most popular option for Kellogg students. Nice to have de facto meeting spot for group projects/summer parties -- but downtown Evanston isn't that big, so definitely can be justified to save money elsewhere. Amenities are nice, things occasionally break down or have issues, management is decently responsive. Great water pressure.

E2 East Tower
Social Hub of Kellogg, which makes it really convenient.

Social
I moved to E2 because I wanted to be around most of my classmates. Social events are heavily indexed in E2, so I'm happy with it.

You should live here, but the bldg mgmt is a disaster
Amazing building to be with Kellogg people and knowing what I know now I would still make the same choice.
The bldg management is a disaster and you just need to be okay with that. For example, the West Tower elevator has been broken for like 3 weeks and people have either had to wait like 10 minutes for the elevator or take the stairs.
Also I highly recommend trying to live in East Tower if you can - easier for package collection, getting guests into the building etc.

Great location and people terrible management
Wifi is poor and constantly going out. Elevators constantly not working as well.

Solid place, but too expensive
Nice building and amenities with updated rooms. It's just too expensive though. There are better value options in Evanston.

Easy option for Kellogg students
TL;DR - It's an easy choice as a Kellogg student. You'll pay for that convenience.
There are a ton of Kellogg students in the building, so it's really easy to arrange group meetings & hangout with friends. Management handles packages (useful for Amazon deliveries), maintenance is reasonably quick, and the gym is fine (helpful when it's too cold to walk to campus for a workout). It's significantly more expensive than the smaller apartment buildings/stand-alone apartments.

E2 west tower
E2 is great bc it's full of Kellogg students, so group meetings and pregames take place here all the time. The gym is convenient and rarely too crowded. Everything is in good shape and depending on the month you can get good deals on rent compared to the other big buildings. There are issues with the elevators a fair bit, and you cannot buzz people up (you have to go down to get them in west tower). Management can be annoying to work with and some of the doormen aren't super nice.

Great place to live if you want to socialize and have it all easy
E2 is the place to live if you are looking to socialize. Most of the gatherings (parties, group projects, sports, bbqs) take place at E2, making it very convenient specially during the winter.
The apartments are very new and luminous, but they are not specially large. The building is 10 min away from downtown and 25 min walk from the Hub.
