Happy Living Here
I’ve been at this property for a couple of months and it has been great so far. My apartment itself is super nice and was in great condition when I moved in. The management staff is always so kind and helpful. They’re great at communicating with tenants. They do a lot of things for the community here. The neighbors are amazing as well. It’s a nice blend of people: graduate students, people who work a 9-5, a wide age range. I’m a law student so it is a quick drive to campus and if I don’t want to drive, there is a shuttle that stops at Crowne Park and takes students to campus. The property itself has a gym and a pool for tenants, and the location is right near a grocery store, a gas station, and a nature trail. The only thing that might be a concern for some people is that some of the buildings are near a fairly major road. The trees block it off, so you’re not right next to it, but at night the cars can sometimes be loud. It’s never bugged me as it never lasts past midnight and I can tune it out, but I know some people are sensitive to that. And, of course, this is only a certain few buildings. Some buildings are further back on the property. All in all, if I had to do it over again, I would pick Crowne Park. I already feel right at home here.

Good for students
Very close to campus! Pet friendly, even has a dog park on the premises. Residents are a mix of students and older people. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. On-site courtesy officer.

A great option for students
Crowne Park has been a great place to stay for me during law school. It's close to multiple grocery stores, a gas station, and the campus. It's quiet, clean, and has a good mix of tenants. A bus line goes to campus as well.

Great Experience
I have loved living in Crowne Park! It’s close to three grocery stores, it’s in a quiet location, and the property is maintenance well. There are also a ton of Wake Forest students here, and there’s a shuttle that goes from the apartments to campus.

Great location & amenities at a reasonable price
If you're looking for an apartment close to campus, the Crownes are all a great bet! The rent is reasonable given the amenities and location. The entire apartment is very spacious! It is very pet friendly, and even has a dog park for resident use. It also has a pool, gym, clubhouse, and playground. The apartments are very nice the staff are helpful and responsive.

Solid Renting Experience
I feel very safe living here. Management has always been kind and super helpful. There is more road noise than I expected given the location but overall it is a great place to live.

Crowne Park
Meets expectations. Living in a 3bd with one roommate. Using the extra bedroom as an office/study room.

Good place!
Close to school, WFU shuttle available. Close to supermarket which can satisfy the daily food and drinks demand.
But it seems that most of the apartment of Winston-Salem has thin walls so sometimes the noise of your neighbor or your roommate will be a problem.
