Strongly recommend
I really like living in Crowne Park. It's a quiet and clean apartment with lots of storage space. Although the 1-bedrooms feel slightly pricey, the 5-minute commute to campus is really nice. The management company is also friendly and responsive and always quick to complete my maintenance requests. It does seem like there's less law students living at Crowne Park than the other Crowne properties, but I wouldn't necessarily say that's a negative thing. Overall, I highly recommend Crowne Park to any grad student.

A Rental Apartment That Became A Home
I have lived at Crowne Park all three years of law school. I am so glad that I decided to rent at this apartment complex. I originally chose to rent here due to the location and environment. WFU has a free shuttle that makes stops at Crowne Park which is nice if I don't want to drive. And, it is just a five minute drive to school so there have been times that I just rolled right out of bed and headed to an early morning class. The environment is perfect. It is not too busy, and is right next to a beautiful walking trail. They have a dog park which is perfect for letting your pet get some exercise off-leash. The neighborhood is a nice mix of undergraduate students, graduate students and non-students, some with families. If an issue ever arose, management swiftly responds. They are excellent at communicating with their tenants, and management seems to really enjoy their jobs. This is not just a place that I rent, but has truly become a home, and I will miss living here.

Crowne Park
Safe community with a gate at the front entrance, easy access to a campus shuttle, and good selection of amenities. My apartment is spacious with lots of natural light, and has all the appliances I expect in an apartment. It's a bit louder than I would like at times with a fair amount of nearby road noise and a dog downstairs that barks for long periods, but management has been responsive on the latter issue and in general. I'm not aware of anywhere that's better value and my apartment still suits my needs, so I intend to renew my lease.

Worth the price
Crowne Park is expensive, but it is so worth it if you are picky about your living space. Management in particular is so helpful and accessible. Convenient location, too.

Crowne Park Review 2025
I have really enjoyed my time living at Crowne Park. The staff are lovely to deal with and the facilities are well maintained. I feel safe walking around and parking my car every day. The location is convenient for school, groceries, and restaurants.

Great
It’s a little expensive, but it’s super nice. Quiet area and super close to the Lidl, which is nice.

Easy
Having a 5-minute commute is great. I also like that other Wake students live here. When I had car issues, I got a ride from a classmate living in my same building or took the Wake shuttle. Also, unlike the other Crowne properties, you can walk to a grocery store without going onto a road.
