Convenienr, Clean Apartment
Best apartment I have ever lived in. Clean, well maintained, and close to campus. I love walking to class everyday.

Spacious Living and Kind Community
I enjoy living at Crowne Polo. The apartments are spacious and the community offers several amenities. The office staff and maintenance team are quick to help and are very kind, and the grounds are very clean.

Great Experience
Management is super responsive if there's ever a problem. The apartments are clean and well kept. There is a ton of natural light. A lot of other law students live here which is great for community.

Overall it is pretty good. You get what you pay for. It is a no frills apartment that is affordable. The only real issue is the bug problem.

Pretty spacious rooms, lots of other law students, great parking. Beware the kitchens are a bit old even in the updated units and any units not on the second floor are entirely carpeted aside from the kitchen and the walkway

Well Worth the Price
Although there have been some minor issues with the appliances, the apartment is clean, affordable, and Crowne Partners do a great maintaining the grounds. It is also within walking distance of campus, a grocery store, and a gas station.

Great Location & Management
Crowne Polo is in a great location to make walking to campus easy and safe. I also really enjoy that so many other law students live there. It allowed me to meet classmates and make friends before school even started. It also makes it convenient to carpool to activities together. The management team is very understanding and they made the move in process as easy as possible for us.
