Close to Campus, Responsive Mngt
We’re only a 15 minute walk from campus in this clean, safe, friendly apartment complex. And the Wake Line shuttle comes through and takes people to/from campus every half hour if you don’t feel like walking.
Management and maintenance are very quick to respond, they are kind and helpful, and they regularly have giveaways or free food or activities. They are very student oriented and they will take student loans as a guarantee for rent.
Having a pet isn’t a problem at all here, in fact they have lots of amenities for dog owners, like a small enclosed dog park and poop bag/trash stations all around the complex.
For people with kids, there’s also a small enclosed playground in the complex too. The whole complex is gated, and it’s pretty quiet for the most part.

Great Apartment
Overall, my experience here has been positive. The management is great, and the maintenance is always quick and efficient. What I don't like about the apartment is that you can't enter the complex from the north. If you are coming from North of the complex, you have to drive over a mile past the complex and make a U-turn to get to the complex.

Walking distance to campus, pet friendly
Campus is only a 15 minute walk away, the property managers are very friendly and understanding of students, the complex is pet friendly, and there is a small gym and study room with printers on the property the use of which is included in the rent.

Great for Wake Forest Students. Very easy to get to class and live with many people in your cohort.

It does the job well
Management is great and maintenance is very responsive. The property is quiet and the floorplans are well laid-out. Small design touches like fireplaces and high ceilings elevate what could be a very basic complex. My only complaints are the stink bugs that find their way inside when the weather cools, and the difficult ingress/egress from the property. There is only one exit onto a one-way road, so you have to take a pretty long detour to turn left out of the property, or turn into the property coming from campus. There is also a group of people who live in the woods by the property. You can see them coming and going from the woods on occasion, which is unsettling.

Crowne Polo
Crowne polo is a great place to live and really close to campus if you are a wake student. The apartments are clean and management is very nice and helpful. The maintenance crew responds very quickly. The only downside is the u-turn you have to do a bunch of times to get into the apartment complex depending on which way you enter the area.

Great Place to Live Close to Campus
The apartment is great! Very cost-effective, with a lot of space. The complex is safe and pretty quiet, and only a few minutes drive to campus which is extremely convenient. It is also a walkable distance (~20' walk) to campus. 2 bathrooms are very convenient as well since there are 2 roommates. The kitchen is also great and we have a laundry machine and drier in the apartment.
