Great Place to Live Close to Campus

The apartment is great! Very cost-effective, with a lot of space. The complex is safe and pretty quiet, and only a few minutes drive to campus which is extremely convenient. It is also a walkable distance (~20' walk) to campus. 2 bathrooms are very convenient as well since there are 2 roommates. The kitchen is also great and we have a laundry machine and drier in the apartment.

Pretty great

I like it a lot. Very clean buildings, very quiet. My only wish is that the rent was slightly cheaper. I ended up getting a 2-bed, 2 -bath bc the price for a 1-bed, 1-bath was very similar and I could use the second bedroom when family came into town.

Great maintenance and responsive management!

This property is great, because the management is professional, completes maintenance requests on time, and communicates well with residents. The actual amenities are nice too, and I love the free parking. Crowne Polo is also very quiet, which is good for studying.
