Crowne Polo

The management, environment, and cleanliness of Crowne Polo make it an excellent place to live. Shuttles access this property and run to the Wake campus for ease of transport. Plenty of parking, great for graduate students.

Crowne Polo is very affordable and comfortable. The size and location is perfect. I am very pleased!

Management is very nice and accommodating. We have never experienced noise issues. The pool and recreational facility are nice amenities. Many other MSA students live in the complex.

Great all around, only complain is that it can be difficult to get to with there being no left turn to get into the complex from Silas Creek Parkway.

Crowne Polo is a great apartment complex and I love living here! Management is extremely nice and friendly and the apartments are exceptional quality for the price.

I have loved living in Crowne Polo. Our apartment is one of many there that have been renovated, with brand new appliances and counters. The complex itself is pretty new as well, so we have not had many, if any, problems with the apartment. The staff at the office is extremely nice, and even let me turn in rent late when we were on Winter Break. Another benefit is there a path through the back of the complex that leads very close to campus so I have the option to walk to Wake's campus if I want. The drive is also very short.

The only complaint I have is that sometimes our upstairs neighbors are loud - it seems you can hear them a little too much sometimes. However, this really isn't a deal breaker. Also, to get into the complex from one direction you have to drive a ways down Silas to do a U-turn, which gets a little old sometimes. Again, this is not a deal breaker.
