Not Great, Not Terrible
I think my experience has been a little atypical. Because of COVID and issues with social distancing in on-campus housing, there are a lot of undergrads living here, which doesn't usually happen. As you might imagine, they are LOUD and have parties on weeknights, and that is far from an ideal environment for law students. There have been issues with car break-ins as well. There are police cars here more often than you would expect. The management tends to not be very accessible.
Positives: Lots of space for what you're paying, easy parking, big closets, big bathrooms, nice pool, convenient location

Please do not rent from Crowne Polo
Crowne Polo used to be a relatively quiet apartment complex with affordable rent and decent housing. It was almost entirely graduate students, with the exception of a few young professionals and young families. Now, it is full of undergraduate students who are completely unsupervised. They have turned Crowne Polo into a loud, disrespectful complex full of drunk teenagers who will puke off of their balcony and onto yours. Save yourself the headache and rent at Crowne Park or literally anywhere else.

Nice for law students
Polo is a great property for law students. Close to school, inexpensive and the management is very responsive to issues

We love Crowne Polo!
Crowne Polo is quiet, close to campus, and has great amenities while also being affordable. My roommates and I have a spacious apartment with a large living room, big windows, and nice appliances (though washer and dryer are NOT included). One of the best parts about Crowne Polo is how close it is to campus - it is about a 5 minute drive to campus, but most of the time we end up walking (~20 minute walk to Wingate) or taking the shuttle (comes every hour and gets you to campus in 15 minutes). Definitely recommend living here.

Crowne Polo is a must for Wake Law Students!
Crowne Polo is the best options for Wake Forest students. It is close to campus, reasonably priced, and extremely well kept. The staff are always very responsive and the maintenance has always come and taken care of any complaint within 24 hours. Great place for dog owners too! Highly recommend!

Great location and quality apartments
My only complaint with the apartment is the amount of bugs and my noisy upstairs neighbors. The complex is very good about spraying for bugs pretty often, but sometimes it can get bad as I live on the first floor. Also, the people above me either have the loudest footsteps in history or the floors and ceilings are a bit thin. Either way, if you have a pet that will get worked up by the noise, or you will be easily bothered by hearing your neighbors, these are things to keep in mind. Otherwise, Crowne Polo is a great place to live. Wonderful apartments, wonderful staff.

Close to school and at a good price
The complex is incredibly convenient for getting to the law school. It's an easy drive and about a 20 minute walk down Polo Rd. It's also very close to the Reynolda Village area, where I often run and go to pure barre. There are a lot of other graduate and law students who live in the same complex, which I really like.
