Great location and quality apartments

My only complaint with the apartment is the amount of bugs and my noisy upstairs neighbors. The complex is very good about spraying for bugs pretty often, but sometimes it can get bad as I live on the first floor. Also, the people above me either have the loudest footsteps in history or the floors and ceilings are a bit thin. Either way, if you have a pet that will get worked up by the noise, or you will be easily bothered by hearing your neighbors, these are things to keep in mind. Otherwise, Crowne Polo is a great place to live. Wonderful apartments, wonderful staff.

Safe, Convenient Location

This complex is gated and a 5 minute drive from the university. The staff are so friendly and helpful and maintenance orders are always completed super quickly! I love the apartment itself, because we have SO much space both room-wise and storage too. It doesn't even really feel like an apartment because it's not cramped at all, except for the kitchen. Unless you get a renovated unit (about a $100 more a month), the kitchen is so, so small and very outdated. The non-renovated unit doesn't come with a microwave and no units come with a washer/dryer so that's something to keep in mind! Those are the only complaints I have though, everything else is great.

Easy, Clean, and Close to Campus.

Living at Crowne Polo makes my life so easy. It's a five minute drive from campus, it's clean and spacious, the management team is friendly and accommodating, and many students live in the complex too. Would highly recommend!

Close to school and at a good price

The complex is incredibly convenient for getting to the law school. It's an easy drive and about a 20 minute walk down Polo Rd. It's also very close to the Reynolda Village area, where I often run and go to pure barre. There are a lot of other graduate and law students who live in the same complex, which I really like.

Dated but good

Apartment is a bit dated but in good shape. U-turn can be annoying.

Great All Around

My experience at Crowne Polo has been nothing but satisfactory. The management is attentive and respond quickly to maintenance requests. I am a dog owner and enjoy that there are many other dog owners in the complex. There is even an on-site fenced dog park. Crowne Polo also holds lots of free events and food for their residents. The gym is a little small, but sufficient for an apartment gym with the options of free weights, kettle bells, cardio machines, and a couple of weight machines.
