Crowne Polo

I think it is a good place to live because it feels pretty safe. It is a hassle if you want to go downtown. It is also really annoying because you can't turn left into or out of the apartment complex, which can add like 3 extra minutes to any drive.

The leasing management here is incredible! The maintenance crew is very responsive. I live in a renovated apartment and it is so nice. The rooms are spacious and the appliances are great. Parking is always readily available. Pets are welcomed which a huge factor in decision-making. The rent was on the upper end of my budget but the apartment really is worth it especially if you can have a roommate. It's also incredibly close to campus and has a shuttle that runs on a schedule to get you to campus which is really helpful for not having to buy a campus parking pass.

Great property. Though there were some bugs, but the pest control came and deals with it. Maintenance always comes on time and help solve the problem quickly.

The management team is very responsive when you come across a problem in the house.

Most of WFU MSBA students live in crowne apartments and here I found a lot of friends. The community is really friendly and connecting. I love staying here!

Great place

I love living at Crowne Polo. There is an exceptional management team, spacious apartment layouts, and wonderful amenities. I would highly recommend it to any new law student.

The apartments are not kept up well, constant issues with things such as sinks and toilets, just overall a dingy feeling.

It's been just what we needed. Quiet (at least our building is - some people have not had the same experience, but I've been told that's because of undergrads living there this year because of COVID). Maintenance comes quickly any time we need something. The facilities are nice. Close to campus, grocery stores, and good price for the quality.

Crowne Polo is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Everyone who works here is incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly.
