Housing itself is great, but…
They only let you live two years, and they’ve raised the price!!!

Pretty Good
Mesa Nueva studios are good, close to campus, and are pretty new. Just that it's a little bit noisy cause so many people living in the building.

Mesa Neuva
Overall, it's good, but the ventilation and sound insulation are not very good. Living directly above the swimming pool is sometimes noisy. The indoor temperature is too high in summer.

Highly Recommend Grad Housing
I highly enjoyed living at the grad housing. It was convenient to get to campus, you're surrounded by other students and the rent is great. Apartments are modern and comfortable.

Mesa Nueva is a good apartment
Mesa nueva is technically older, so it is cheaper than Nueva East and such, but it is still only 4 years old! The apartments are also much bigger, and more actual apartment feeling. It is not furnished, so that may be the only con. I am also right by ping pong tables, so there are some nights where people are playing very late and it can get annoying.

Grad housing
This housing is more than adequate, although sparsely furnished (e.g. no bins in the bathrooms or bedrooms) and with very little cupboard space. I would be quite happy with it except that there is a 2 year limit so that I will have to find somewhere else to live which is a pain.

Good Value
The apartment has everything I need and is reasonably priced when living with a partner. Great shared public spaces and amenities. Management is promptly responsive to maintenance requests and questions.
