UP - Proximity to Volker

The main benefit of living at University Place is the location. I believe it to be the closest apartment to Volker Hall. It's about an 8 minute walk. However, it's lacking in many other ways. The complex is old and pretty outdated. For example, my studio has no dishwasher, it has a ceiling with the popcorn tiles that you probably found in your middle school, and a wall AC/Heating unit. The "large" studio is also quite small -- probably only about 275 sq ft.
