Tower on tenth
I like the apartment. The service of tower on tenth is excellent. There is courtesy officer as well for security. The lounge for common area is great.

Prime location, modern amenities
I’ve really liked living at Tower on Tenth so far. The location is honestly the best part — it’s super close to a lot of cool spots and you can walk to a ton of them in five points which makes life way easier. The building feels modern and clean, and the amenities are actually useful (not just for show). Maintenance has been quick when I’ve needed them, and the staff has always been friendly. It’s a great spot if you want something convenient, safe, and still kind of fun. Its a really cool spot for living downtown

Okay but wouldn't recommend
The apartment is great at first for those who prefer to be in quiet living quarters as each unit in the complex is either a studio or 1-bedroom apartment. The commute to school is only about 9-12 minutes depending on traffic. However, the parking situation is inconvenient for a downtown location. You can choose to pay $110 to park in a garage that also serves as a short-term parking garage or $125 to park in a gated lot in front of the building. I would not recommend this complex to students because the management also just implemented a ratio utility billing system, meaning your unit will be billed a flat-rate for utilities based on the square-footage regardless of actual usage.
