Would recommend

Overall, I have enjoyed living here. It is a safe area, the office staff are friendly, and it is a good neighborhood to run in. There is also lots of grass and places to walk, so good for pet owners. The drive to Volker Hall isn't bad at all. 12 minutes or so most days, 20-25 during the worst traffic.
