The Hill Review
Nice location and nice room. Main complaint is how expensive rent is, but that's to be expected in this area. Had my car broken into once but that was partially my fault as I left it unlocked, nothing was stolen. Also, I had a problem with the management never informing me my lease was not signed probably, and they charged me extra rent with no warning. Luckily they resolved it quickly when I brought it up, but it still left a bad taste in my mouth. Other than those two things, I have had no real negative experiences here in my two and a half years. The maintenance guys are all really nice and helpful, and the room does everything I need it to.

Amazing
I absolutely love my apartment. Most of the other residents are young working professionals or grad students, so it is usually quite and very well kept.
