Crowne Park Review
Very nice complex and lodging

GOOD
Quite, has a decent grocery store nearby. My room does not have enough sunlight, need to check it.

Great experience
Great apartments. The management team and maintenance team was supportive; they always respond to our requests in a timely manner. The only problem living here was that it would lost power in some windy days.

Nice Apartment Complex
The apartment complex is nice and generally quiet. Apartment is fairly spacious. Management is responsive.

Great
The apartment isn’t the absolute nicest you’ll stay in and it’s a bit pricey but I have no complaints about Crowne Park. They have treated me great. Granted I haven’t lived there much this year as I just moved home with online classes and COVID but I doubt it has changed will I’ve been gone.

This is a nice complex for Wake Law students
I'm glad I chose this complex after reviewing everything available. I moved here from out of state and without visiting, and it was an easy experience (but make sure to re-check your lease for important details). This complex, which is one of several owned by the same company, is very quiet and is mostly adults, graduate students and normal, working people; it's not filled with younger undergrads or partiers. It's kept clean and the management is responsive. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 24 hours to get any problem (and these are just normal, easy problems from time to time) fixed. The only inconvenience is the trash, and that's because there's only one large dumpster located at the front of the property. Other than that, I'd wholeheartedly recommend this complex (particularly based on what I've heard from law students who lived at the other Crowne properties).

Super Quiet 1 Bedroom
I love living in Crowne Park. I can barely hear my neighbors (in a one bedroom). The staff is very nice and if I have a problem it is usually solved the same day. It also feels very safe.
The only problem I have consistently had is with the power, and that isn't something that affects only my complex. Crowne Park seems to be on the most delicate power grid ever created, so my power goes out 2-3 times a semester.

Shady Management
I moved out after two years. Gave appropriate notice well in advance. My roommate stayed and a friend of ours moved into the room I vacated. My rental agreement terminated May 31. My security deposit was not returned immediately citing the pandemic. I of course said that’s fine. Weeks went by and they continued to stall. When I returned to Winston after the summer I visited the office several times and was repeatedly told a variety of ridiculous reasons they couldn’t return my deposit and even suggested that I get the money from the person who now held the lease. Obviously that’s inappropriate. After tracking down their parent company and making some calls my deposit was suddenly returned - 4 months late.

Good
The apartment is close to campus, generally a quite place to live in, and if you have any issues the apparent office is very nice and quick to respond.

Really happy with Crowne Park!
I love living at Crowne Park for its affordability, proximity to Wake Forest's main campus, and nice living spaces! It's a great deal for what you get.
