MPP dorm
Elevators take forever and the air conditioning units are out of date. But it's a great apartment and location for the price!

Convenient
Very conveniently located for being close to the entire student body and the train down to Harper. Pretty lackluster management and several issues with elevators.

Good Enough for 2 Years
I probably wouldn't choose to live in MPP (or the Loop for that matter) if it weren't for Booth, but it's a good enough place while you're in business school.

Good community option at the right price
The apartments here get the job done at the right price point, but the services provided are far less than those offered at competing locations (73E, Mila). Would recommend these for couples or sponsored/scholarship students if possible. Community in MPP is good to have, though, and with so many Booth students in the building you see your classmates constantly, which is nice.

Excellent
Pros:
Excellent location - super, super close to the metra and other attractions
Big space - spatial apartment definitely enough for a couple and two pets
Proximity to fellow students - more than half of Boothies live here - not only is it convenient for group work, but super convenient for carpooling in the winter
Staff - Staff super responsive to requests
Cons:
Can have thicker walls - can hear neighbor partying at 2 AM; however staff super responsive to help stop the noise
Can have better lighting

Convenient Location, not great quality
Location is great. The Metra station (Millennium Station, which you take to get to Hyde Park) is just across the street (no traffic), and almost everything you need is in walking distance. Gleacher Center is 10min walk. Also very convenient because so many Boothies live here, so you can go to study-groups and parties in your room-wear (important in winter).
Elevators are not good.Interior is fine, but wish we had more sockets. Wifi is OK. If you live on the east-side and on the higher floors, street noise is not a problem.

You Get What You Pay For
Not the best apartment, not the worst. Affordable. You get what you pay for in terms of amenities etc. Management can be a pain at times.

Great for Booth Life, Below Average Amenities
Perfect place to immerse yourself in the Booth community as the majority of students live and social events happen here. Also makes for an easy commute to campus.

Good for students
The building and rent meets the needs of a student. It is good enough quality for a cheap price. Also, it is where most students live, so there's a good sense of community, and it's easy to get to other apartments.

The Loop Reviews
Very close to the lake and navy pier
Great park surrounded by all the buildings.
There’s good supermarket that has everything. A couple restaurants and coffee shops are also there.
