Small but perfect for a student

I lived here all three years of school and had no issues. It's a small apartment for sure, but homey. It's a 10 minute walk to the law school and one block from State Street so close to restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc.

Bad

Expensive, and noisy. My friends who live in other rooms have microwaves and lights, but I don't have. They told me it's random.

Expensive

Internet, water, gas, electricity, laundry, etc. are not included in rent.
Laundry machines are terrible.
