the right place to gym and class for business
It is like 10-15minutes walk to the Grainger hall and Nicholas. It's convenient for students in business school and it is very close to the engineering hall.

Good place
The place is a bit pricey for the real estate you'll get, the kitchens are very tiny for someone who cooks regularly. Overall, it's a good apartment, lounge and study areas, gym. It's a 15 minute walk from the business school.

The apartment locates in a very convenient place, reasonable price, also the monthly service fee policy($35 per month for everything excluding parking and cable) is super nice for you to avoid potential troubles.
