700 University Bay Drive is a great place to live with amazing management. She will even take your dog out for a walk if you ask. The apartments are brand new. There is a bus to Grainger Hall every 3-5 minutes during normal hours. Door to door time is 7 minutes if you hit it right. Its a bit pricey, but it is very nice and very convenient.

Brand New Deluxe Apt w/ Great Management
I live in a 1 bedroom plus den unit with my wife. Unit includes balcony, in unit washer/dryer, high end finishes, walk-in closet, and large kitchen with island. Heated underground parking and storage units available for additional monthly charge. Apartment also includes community room with gas grill, large 24 hour gym and very attentive management staff. Great location by UW hospital with very active bus stations. 7 minute door to door travel time to get to Grainger Hall. Solid 1 year old construction with sound proofing windows and insulation.
