My apartment shares wall with Nitty Gritty. If you are looking for closest place to live on campus and don't prefer walking, this is your place. All apartments are either 1 bedroom unit or studios. But, its an old building with old fittings. Place is close to restaurants and bars, but property is not so good for throwing parties.

Get's the job done.
My apartment is very small, but for me living by myself, it is all I need. Having cable and wifi included is great as well. The location is unbeatable. I really like living there, but I can understand why someone wouldn't.

Apartment Review
Pros: It less than 10 mins away from Business School and State Street, which is really nice.
Cons: No dishwasher. Super small kitchen. Unfurnished. If you plan on cooking a lot, don’t live here.

Well...
The building is, well, tired. But you get what you pay for, i.e. it's conveniently located.
In case it were ambiguous, one would never confuse it for luxury accommodations. But hey...
