Decent studio in a great location
This is a decent studio for a location near the business school and across the state st. But the heating is not that great and apartment is slightly old. Overrall good for one who wants to stay alone nearby school.

Cheap by madison standards, decent amenities, but tiny common areas
Cheap relative to others when considering single room with shared bathroom. Utilities come along and so does very basic furniture, so there is minimal set-up time. Theres a printer, gym and laundry which is a perk. Location is excellent, and youre in the thick of action (Grainger, state street and the capitol).
But be warned that the common area is very small. Two people cannot cook at the same time. Washroom is also very small.
