very expensive, but good. best location in the city.
It’s a perfectly-located, beautifully-maintained apartment building with modern amenities, recently-renovated apartments, and (depending on where your apartment is) nice views. Butler management is hawkish, but Micki doesn't look for trouble as long as she feels like you pay a high rent. Butler’s staff are approachable and good at their jobs–Sable has gotten me out of a few jams. Maintenance is friendly, competent, and trustworthy. They have entered my apartment and walked onto my back patio several times when I wasn’t home and wasn’t expecting them, and I never would’ve known they had been there if management hadn’t called me to ask my permission beforehand. It will get loud on weekends. There are rich 21-year-old UW students and there are rich 24-year-old Epic employees, both of whom (surprise) like to get drunk in numbers.
