Sheelin Apartments

Apartment building is nice. Apartment itself is not set up well. AC unit next to bedroom is very loud. Overall, the place is fine but I wouldn’t recommend it.

This is a great place to live for graduate students. The apartments are spacious, have in-unit washer/dryers, and are pretty quiet. The location is excellent-10 minutes from the Capitol Square and 10 minutes from the Business School, the Nick rec center, and State street.

A bit on the costly side considering it is a 2Bed and 1 bath apartment. But there is wooden floor, spacious living room & bathroom, and washer+dryer in unit itself.

The management is very friendly and helpful. While there is sometimes a delay in response time, they are always able to help meet needs. Additionally, the building is very well-kept and is pretty quiet. I love the in-unit washer and dryer and the patio. You can also choose between outside parking or underground heated on-site. Also a 13-minute walk from Grainger, so far enough away where its quieter but not too long of a distance for walking.

Great apartment but walls are thin and it's easy to hear your neighbors

Would recommend. Great location. Good value. Washer/Dryer in unit. Spacious. Relatively new construction.

Huge sq. footage for the price, great location - right next to grocery too. Thin walls are a problem, but manageable with cooperative landlord.
