Excellent choice
Couldn't recommend The Continental more highly. The location is incredible - close to campus and anything you would need. Restaurants, bars, parks, the lakes, etc. Management is the best I've ever experienced. Very communicative and responsive. It's quiet, comfortable, and has the BEST views in the city. The top floor amenities have views of both Lake Mendota and Lake Monona.

Great place for couples/pets
Very happy with my experience so far. Only complaint would be thin walls, but this is really only an issue regarding the heavier doors opening and closing, I've never really heard neighbors themselves through the walls.
