Very Small and Loud, but Great Location and Amenities
The location is perfect as it’s only a block away from State Street and 10 minute walk from Grainger. The amenities are also incredible and it’s a beautiful property. The problem is the units themselves. They are incredibly small, each bedroom is less than half the size of your freshman dorm room. The unit is also not insulated whatsoever. I share a wall with the stairwell and can clearly hear conversations and people running up and down the stairs at 2am. There’s no point in closing my bedroom door because the sound carries throughout the entire unit.
Overall, this is a good place for the location, included amenities. Not a good location if you want a proper apartment to study and take time to rest in.
