positives- very good location, we lucked out with spacious bedrooms (other units don't have that), in-unit washer dryer, has an okay gym and game room in the basement
negatives- outdated appliances, small kitchen, no overhead lights in the bathroom, water temperature inconsistent

-Love having a gym (although its not fancy) and great location--easy to walk to school!
-the rooms aren't very bright and the apartment feels kind of grimy
-It's really nice to have cable and internet handled for you
