Clean, Safe, Walkable
Management is responsive and kind. I feel safe and secure in my apartment. It's walkable to bars, restaurants, and Grainger. The gym and free coffee are a nice addition. It's on the pricier side but if you can afford it, its worth it.

Domain Apartments
Centrally located apartment that is walking distance to UW campus and downtown Madison. The property itself is fairly well maintained and staff responds to maintenance requests quickly. Very pet friendly. Enclosed parking garage is great, especially during the winter, but expensive. The one major issue they seem to have is keeping their elevators working all the time.

Great apartment
Domain is great overall. It's in a great location (right between the capitol and school) and is well constructed. The management is good, but could be improved.

Nice apartment building with good amenities
Pros:
- modern building with nice units
- lots of storage space
- very clean, very safe
- centrally located - easy to get to campus and bars/restaurants, but far enough away from all the commotion where it won't keep you up at night
- pet-friendly
- heated garage
- decent exercise rooms in building
- coffee maker in lobby of building
- shared clubhouse on 11th floor where you can host parties
- BBQ/pool area
- friendly staff, they can take care of any issues that arrive quickly
Cons:
- really expensive
- pool only gets a couple hours of sunlight each day because of the way it is situated in the center of the tall building

Ideal place for MBA's
My experience at Domain so far has been phenomenal. Management did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the lease signing process. They are very responsive. It was a stressful experience driving from across the country (California) to move into Domain. As you can imagine, unexpected delays created uncertainty around an arrival day/time. However, management stayed in contact with me and made the move-in process smooth. I arrived and my keys were ready / my apartment was clean / my reserved parking spot was empty.
Overall, the apartment is everything you'd expect from a luxury rental. The amenities are great: penthouse clubroom for communal use, a pool, grills, a gym, and a tanning booth. I would say that if you're a true gym rat the gym might not be as adequate as it doesn't have any machines for leg workouts. It does, however, have a squat rack. There is, however, an anytime fitness two blocks away.
The cleaning staff maintains the apartment; 99-100% of the time, the building is clean and quiet.
Over break, as temperatures dipped, I asked management to check in on my apartment and double check if the heat was on as I didn't want any pipes bursting in my apartment. I received a prompt response and they made sure everything in my unit was in order. I truly appreciated this.
Management will occasionally throw parties and invite all the residents. I have yet to attend done but it's nice that they try to create a communal feel amongst all the residents. Overall, I value the location of Domain (close to the business school) as well as to Downtown. Most things are a stone's throw away. It's what you'd expect from a premium luxury apartment.

Worth the price
It's on the more expensive end of apartments, but is worth it because of how close it is to everything, as well as the great amenities. I have never heard the neighbors, and the floorplans are pretty spacious. The only downside is that the management/staff can sometimes not be as friendly or helpful as you would have hoped. Additionally, your packages are delivered into their offices. That can be a plus because your packages are secure, but can sometimes be a hassle as you can really only pick up your packages when the office is open.

Great Apartment
Living at Domain has been great so far. Despite its size, it is quiet and feels like home. It has some good amenities, such as a gym and clubhouse, and is in the perfect location in downtown Madison. My unit is spacious, modern, and comfortable. I would recommend living here.

Convenient, but expensive.
Very nice building, great management team, but you pay for it.
Has free Coffee, gym, pet wash, skylounge, pool, close to downtown, and great management. Comes with a free storage locker in the basement as well.
