I recommend!
This apartment is super close to the law school and the staff is amazing. The common spaces are clean, and it’s very quiet. There is a laundry room on each floor, and you can do an unlimited amount of laundry since it’s included in your rent. However, I did not rate it higher because it is expensive. The parking requires an additional fee, and is also expensive.

Lucky’a location is really good - five minutes walk to law school. The facility is also good. It’s just a little expensive, but I will probably stay here for three years because it’s so convenient!

Expensive, but worth it!
Lived here during my undergrad and decided to leave here during graduate school as well. It is a secure building, with a great management team! If you ever have any maintenance issues or questions they are always quick to respond and help. The amenities include washer/dryer units on each floor, study rooms on each floor, hot tub, 4th floor patio and workout room. The location is phenomenal and the building is connected to Fresh Madison Market.
