Bedford Crossing

The apartment has nice features. Our appliances are high quality. The kitchen and bathroom and quite large. The building feels secure. Management has also been very communicative and addressed our maintenance problem promptly. The parking garage is clean and well lit. The storage units are also a nice feature.

So far I have enjoyed my time at Bedford Crossing. It’s a 20 minute walk to the law school, there is a bus stop close by, and there is a nearby bike path. The neighborhood is quiet, and management is good to deal with. The heating parking garage is great. Each apartment also gets a storage unit. The walls are thin, though.

Rented a 2 bedroom unit here after being a homeowner for many years. The office staff were friendly, helpful and available. We had a tour, applied for a lease, and were approved within 1 day. They coordinated my move in to coincide with my timeline, and everything went very smoothly. The maintenance staff typically addresses any issues within 1 business day--anything from replacing a light bulb to fixing a hinge on the door. If we hadn't been moving into a single family home, we would've continued to rent here.

Property is well maintained, the apartments are clean and move in ready. Professional property management company. Maintenance is always responsive quickly whenever I have a repair request.

Great move in experience. Matt was great and helped with everything and so was Drew from maintenance in taking care of all issues. Highly recommend Bedford Crossing if you want to live in downtown Madison.

Living in Bedford Crossing has been extremely convenient for me, the location is so much accessible to places where I always need to be. I just told them I'll renew for next year! Aside from the beauty of the place, their management team are always available to attend to your needs. The management team treats us as a family in our little community, all of them are so friendly and awesome! I'm a proud & happy resident here!

My experience is GREAT! Since I moved to Bedford Crossing over a year ago, I’ve been treated amazing by ALL the staff! (Management, maintenance, leasing) they all make it super easy for you so you feel comfortable living here. Super nice people from the start, they try to help you as much as they can and get you into the right apartment for you. Once your in your unit, ANY maintenance issue, once you put in a work order they will be on it same day or next and won’t leave you waiting and will try help you as soon as they can. Location is great and I have no insecurity walking my dog at night. Highly recommended!

We have enjoyed living here for the past two years and have had a great experience with management especially Matt and Melissa. The maintenance team goes above and beyond to get stuff fixed. For example our washing machine broke and they fixed it the same day. Overall a great place with helpful management.

My experience was exceptional. Matt was very nice and helpful with me moving into my new apartment. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable as a property manager. He has a great personality and he made move in experience great. I was happy that he accommodated me and made my application process fast. I love my new apartment. I’m so happy and excited about being apart of the Bedford Crossing community.

We moved into Bedford Crossing in July 2022. We have a 1 bedroom apartment which is pretty spacious and has a nice balcony. Facilities are well kept. The building is pretty new. Management is super nice, efficient and respond immediately. Matt, the property manager, is very pleasant and super responsive. The location is a very convenient especially for those who don't have a car. I just wish it had a gym.
