Bedford Crossing

Moving to Madison from another state is stressful, luckily the experience from the management has made it such an easy process. Living here has been very smooth, thanks to Matt’s help. He’s been super knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. We have been so grateful to be part of this community. The building is kept up really well and is in a great location within Madison.

Bedford Crossing is a nicely built newish apartment complex with a fair price for the square footage you receive. Inside the apartment you will have everything you need including separate laundry and dryer machines, stainless steel appliances, lots of closet space, and a good view of lake Monona. Matt the landlord is kind, helpful, and receptive to any questions or concerns.

Bedford Crossing is beautifully maintained, with stunning lake and capitol views that make every day feel like a vacation. Watching the sunrise from my patio is an absolute treat! The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I need for comfortable living. Matt and the management team is exceptional—always responsive, friendly, and eager to help with any questions or concerns. The community garden area is a great touch, providing opportunities to meet neighbors and enjoy the social aspects of the complex. The location is another major plus, with easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and bike path. All around 5 stars!

Great property and management. Fairly updated appliances and clean common spaces. The maintenance team comes promptly and always fixes the problem. My only problem with it is that the walls are very thin and the type of flooring installed is loud so we frequently hear our neighbors conversations and footsteps.

Safe, Homey, Capital and Lake Views

Very modern, great location, quiet neighborhood. Glad to have storage space in garage as closet space is limited in apartment.
