At the best location ever
1) 7 min walk to Business school;
2) Quite opposite to University book store and Memorial library;
3) Beside lane of STATE STREET CAPITAL which is heart of the city Madison( lot of restaurants, pubs, shopping etc)
4) Just Behind Mendota lake which is the best place in Madison to chill out.

Great place
Apartment is good for living as a college student. Only downside really is paying for laundry/no individual laundry machines in the apartments. Once in a while there are issues with laundry, water, and heat, but they fix them rather quickly.
