Great apartment, even better management company!
I shared a room at X01 for two years and it was an amazing environment to be close to both social and academic life. I appreciated how clean the building was kept along with how friendly management was. Management also hosted various tenant events that were fun to go to and made it feel like they truly cared about each tenant. The location and nightly security always made me feel safe which was a great plus.

Very Positive Experience
I've lived at X01 for about a year now, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. One of the best parts of living here has been the community, many of my neighbors have become some of my closest friends. The location is unbeatable, making it incredibly easy to get to class while still staying connected to campus life and social activities.
Another huge advantage is that the apartments come fully furnished, which was especially helpful as an out of state student. It made the move in process simple and stress free. Overall, X01 offers the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and community, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for housing near campus.

X01 Review
My roommates and I had a great experience living at X01! The location was great, close to everything on campus and state street. Maintenance was also super helpful and responsive. Staff are all friendly and easy to reach for any questions/concerns. Would absolutely recommend for UW students!
