Peaceful Place
Great apartment. Not the most up to date place (aka no hardwood floors or fancy appliances), but Still very nice! Very quiet place which is great for studying!!! I never hear my neighbors, so the walls are NOT paper thin like they are in so many other apartment buildings around Madison. Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part, but if you see someone they usually say hi.
There are also no pets, which keeps the noise down as well.

Home Sweet Home.
It's been a great place to live!! Most of the people in the building seem to be young professionals or graduate students. Nice building! The Apartment staff are very responsive with any questions or problems that may arise.

Great Place for Graduate Students/Young Professionals
City Place is a great apartment for UW graduate students or young professionals. The location is perfect: within 5 blocks of the Capitol Square and State St. which has great restaurants and bars, walking distance to UW campus, and easy access to John Nolen Dr and the Beltline.

Great apartment
City Place is a great, roomy and affordable apartment right downtown. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and large closet. The apartment is 1200 square feet and has a balcony. The amenities are not brand new granite or stainless steel, but this is why they can afford to charge such low rent for the size downtown.

Great Service and Great Location
The apartment is perfect for a couple or single students. Great location (only 4 blocks from the square and 15min walk to Grainger hall) and reasonably priced. I highly recommend City Place apartments.
