Great Place, expensive
Love this apartment, loved it more the first year when it was $400 a month cheaper. Gym is okay, does the job but could use an update. Appliances are fine, occasionally break. Management is very responsive. Very open floor plan with a ton of space.

Great location, Great Price, Decent Amenities
The units are larger and just as nice as some of the high rise buildings closer to campus. It's only a 15 minute walk to Grainger hall in a quiet neighborhood, and right on the commuter bike path, so location is excellent. The building includes a gym, small game room and indoor parking, but other than that very few amenities.

Great location relative to UW. Close enough to walk to campus but not in the middle of undergrads. It's great being near the lakes during the summer and warmer months.
