Great off-campus living!
I absolutely love it at Shadow Creek...best apartment I've ever had. All appliances were in great working condition, no plumbing/other issues, and there is tons of space. I am paying the same amount for 2bed2bath that other students pay for a studio, and even though it's a bit of a commute to campus, it is so worth it. Plus, there are a surprising amount of bus stops around my area so making the trip has never been a problem.
