Decent
Good space and amenities for price, mailroom situation is poor, takes about 25 minutes to get to campus. Fitchburg is nice if you enjoy being further away for the hustle and bustle of campus.

Great suburban location close to downtown Madison
The Addison in located in Fitchburg, just south of downtown Madison. While this part of town is suburban, and feels quite separate from Madison, it takes only 7 minutes to drive from the Addison to the Capitol Square!
As of November 2020, I have lived at the Addison for 4.5 years. My building was brand new when we moved in, and has a really nice stone/gas fireplace, granite countertops, balcony, and great layout. One of the best things about The Addison is the saltwater infinity pool! It is wonderful in the summer, and is mostly a "young professionals" type of crowd.
There is also a really nice two-story gym, and they recently built two more buildings--which means another gym, and additional pool coming soon.
Maintenance is quick to respond to needs/requests and management has always been nice and helpful. I believe each unit comes with one underground parking space, one outdoor space, and access to a storage unit.
