Nearly Perfect, Highly Recommend
Excellent Soundproofing, location, and price with very responsive management for maintenance requests and the like. Also has in unit laundry and is only a mile away from campus.
My only criticisms would be uneven stovetops, which can make cooking a bit difficult, the lack of a sprayer function for the kitchen sink, the provided internet being slightly slow at peak times (though you can get your own, and unless you are gaming or streaming you won't notice), and there is not quite enough recycling bins to serve the population. Also, while the walls will completely silence a full-volume conversation, the doors are thin, so people in the halls can hear you fairly clearly even though neighboring rooms cannot.
The problems are mostly nitpicks; however, overall it's an excellent apartment.

Good bare bones, clean, newer, "cheap" apartment in really good location relative to other grad students, the law school, and the capital.

Bassett Walk Studio
I live in a studio at Bassett Walk. The building is new, quiet, and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Bassett Walk to people who are looking for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment in Madison.

Cozy Studio
Studio but lots of great storage space, so it feels spacious. Also brand new construction with stainless steel appliances and in unit washer and dryer.
