* Quiet, well maintained, close to campus
* Snow and trash maintenance handled well
* No pets, so heads up for pet owners

Awesome landlords - very nice and responsive. Have only had a few minor issues over two years, and they have been very quick (i.e. either same day or next day) to fix them. Good location, too. Close walk to the square and to campus. Overall, I've been happy with this apartment!

Affordable apartment in a great location! Within walking distance to campus and the Capitol. Only downside is the small kitchen, but it's been manageable so far (and I cook most of my meals). The landlords are the sweetest, nicest people! Very responsive.

Great Experience with Jacobson's
The landlords could not be more attentive and kind people. They are really available to answer anything at any time.
The only reason I don't give it a 10 out of 10 is because of the amenities. There is nothing fancy- no gym, no pool. It's just a basic apartment. The carpeting is very clean and the kitchen has been remodeled and is nice but small. It's perfect for living alone and wanting to keep costs down.
Compared to other apartments I saw at this price point, it is amazing.

Great Landlords
The landlords at this building are fantastic. They are very good about responding to repairs and take good care of the building.
Overall the units are in great shape and the price cannot be beat.
