Great location, still expensive

I love living here, it has lots of sunlight, walking distance to campus, and lots of storage space (including a big closest), but expensive for not having updated appliances (like shown in the virtual tour). There's underground parking for $145, which is a steal in Madison, which I appreciate. It's a nice place but just wish it was cheaper.

Nice apartment

The apartment is nice, spacious and has all the amenities but its expensive. Since, the heat is also not included the gas bill in winters comes more than expected.
