Very Nice!

I really enjoy my apartment. It is updated and maintenance is very helpful and responsive. The apartment also includes a gym and a community room. Parking is for an extra charge each month, which is kind of pricy. The entrances are secure. Sometimes can be noisy on the weekends.

I recommend!

I've had a good experience at the Avenir. I selected the cheapest unit so it gets a little expensive, but in the last three years Keller Real Estate has only increased rent more or less with inflation. They seem fair and respond to maintenance issues promptly.

Most significantly, I asked to extend my lease by a month and a half so I wouldn't have to move when taking the bar and they immediately said yes! That would never happen in Chicago where I'm from. They were so kind about it, saying "Oh no! That's an important test. You can't be moving then."

Adding parking and pet fee makes this place a bit expensive. But of all the luxury housing walking distance from the law school, this had the best value when I looked a few years ago.
