The Depot

I have only good things to say about my apartment and ULI. The apartment is fairly new, neighbors are mostly young adults (aka not loud), and water and internet is included. There is a gym in the building, but it is pretty small and only has the basics. Parking is readily available, but $135/month. Other big bonuses of the location include being walking distance from class, state street, and the Capitol, and Echo Tap bar is literally across the street

Good Apartment complex with an understaffed management team.
Meaning, if you're looking for anything in addition to renting an apartment (amenities, community etc) look elsewhere.
Also, the main entrance door has not worked for the last 5 months.

The property manager is great and they fixed my heating element very quickly when it went out. The property is close to the east side of campus but not in high traffic area. There is a CVS on the bottom floor of the building which is convenient for buying small things throughout the week.

Close walk to Grainger (~10 min). Not too many amenities but good value. State St and capital both walkable. Right next to Echo Tap!

The Depot has been an awesome apartment - especially as a graduate student. I find it nice to be located right across from the Echo Taps for Trivia nights and other casual evenings. I also like how spacious the apartments are. The parking is nice, though it gets dusty, but it's always accessible and there is always a spot for you. The utilities aren't too costly and I find it convenient to have a small gym inside the building. Located above a CVS/pharmacy really helps as well for daily living items. The building is generally quiet and I haven't had any complaints after 6 months.

Highly recommend. Great location, pretty good value, responsive management, lots of MBA's

Great building, great location - overall, I've been very happy here.
