Cozy building in the country
These are new apartments, base rent for a studio is like $1125 I think but then there's a $25 water fee for studios, and I have 2 cats ($30/each pet rent). It feels a little like a hotel but there are trails outside and Stoughton is a cute little town if you don't mind a commute to school. Parking in Madison is difficult and there is no public transit out here though. I had to move during the school year and there was very little opening at a time other than August! It is cool that in Stoughton you can choose to get your energy entirely from renewable sources if you wish. The soundproofing here is amazing, and so far this management company is super quick and thorough in terms of any maitenance issues.
