Great value, comfortable living, spacious, commute tolerable

My unit is spacious, clean, tall ceilings, large patio with in-unit laundry (large machines). The community room is nice and there are 2x patios. The gym is smallish but functional and there is a yoga room as well. Plenty of indoor parking available. The walk to the bus is by no means far but it is not out front either. A/C and heat are great and instant.

Walls are on the thinner side. There are storage units available as well as bike racks. Not close to campus life if that is important to you. But getting a simmilar place close to campus would cost $400 more/ month
