Quiet and spacious
Thin walls, but mostly families so it’s quiet at night. 100% Worth the commute.

Such peaceful living!
Living at Deer Hill is one of the best choices I made when moving to Cincinnati. The apartments are a little bit pricier than some others, but they have been remodeled and modernized. The property is VERY animal friendly, including a small dog park! Employees are kind and attentive, as are the tenants! Finally, the complex is up on a hill and is a no outlet road, which means no extra random traffic, and plenty of parking! It is quiet and in a lovely neighborhood. All around excellent living!

Great for pet owners
Deerhill has pretty decent facilities for those who want to live close to the city, but admire the quietness of a suburb. The facilities contain a mini gym, a pool, and a dog park. The management is usually quick to respond to inquiries/service requests. Only downfall, no utilities are included. Water, electric, internet + all starts to add up. It's a good fit for pet owners!
