Very old apartment, bad sound proof. In a comparably safer neighborhood.

Cheap and mostly comfortable place

The rent I pay for my one bedroom between myself and my 3 roommates (2 share 1 bedroom) is very cheap and Im mostly comfortable. There are some slight bug problems and thefts but not too bad or frightening, just some stolen bikes and stuff. Some appliances and stuff is old but the maintenance team is fast and their ticket system is easy to use
